Mountable modular belt conveyor (КЛС-С) "Universal"
For conveyors with long line and frequent change of the goods traffic direction there are special mountable modular conveyors. Sections of the conveyor line are from 2 to 6 m long, depending on requirements of the Customer and transportation conditions (automobile or rail transportation). Tension and drive stations are mounted separately, each one on the section of 1-2 m long. "Universal" conveyor’s modules -are very compact at transportation and occupy extremely small cube that helps to decrease significantly the delivery cost. Conveyors of small and average productivity (up to 100 m3/hour) and up to 24 meters long can be easily transported by Gazel minibus. If there are any changes of technological process КЛС-С conveyors can be shortened or extended depending on manufacture requirements. The enterprise is ready to produce and deliver additional modules in the shortest terms. If belt conveyor working load increased additional roller carriages can be delivered. Additional roller carriages can be set in any place of the conveyor line with any step by means of demountable threaded coupling. The conveyors are easy-to-assemble and do not required qualified workers hiring. The instruction on assembly works, scheme of assemblage and video-instruction on belt joining is supplied together with the product passport that eliminates installation errors. КЛС-С Conveyors are completely developed by experts of our enterprise and have no analogues in the Russian Federation. |
