Hoisting cranes
Our enterprise produces single-beam overhead cranes with load-carrying capacity of 1 to 10 tons, operated from the floor. The length of the span is unlimited and is defined only by Customer needs. Nowadays pendant and supported bridge cranes are manufactured. Pendant cranes can be with one or two consoles. When spans of pendant cranes are too long, one of the running trolleys is supplied on floating support. Running trolleys are supplied with an individual drive to reduce crane dimensions and to eliminate using of connected shaft. Therefore, three-point pendant cranes for spans over 18 m. can be made. Trolleys’ drive is made by our plant or bought directly from leading local and foreign companies. Cranes are supplied with electric hoists made by local and import manufacturers. Hoists’ speed of load lifting is 0,133 m/s and speed of movement is 0,33 and 0,53 m/s, height of load lifting is 6; 12; 18 m.; crane speed of movement is 0,40; 0,53 m/s. The main beam is made from usual or spaced double tee that has the same weight, but bigger moment of resistance. Cranes can work both indoors and outdoors at the temperature from 25 to 40°С |
