The enterprise produces feeding bunkers and silo towers (silo). If it is impossible to deliver the consumer the whole construction, the machines are made welded and demountable with bolt flanged connections. Also there are stationary and movable machines. Their size and form depend on the Customer’s needs. Bunkers are intended for short-term storage of loose materials. They are placed in the initial and final points of transportation. Bunkers provide a constant work of the technological lines when materials come irregularly. Silos are a constructive modification of bunkers. They are intended for long storage of materials and their batch unloading. The silo is a cylindrical capacity with the conic bottom supplied with a gate. The material in a bunker or a silo, can form of the arches (jams), preventing from normal unloading. To eliminate this problem vibrators or aerators are available. Our enterprise also makes flat and volume forms of any complexity, including: columns, masts, trestle bridges and building berths. Steel-plate constructions: tanks, boxes, casegoods, carts and any non-standard products. |
