Roller conveyors
These conveyors are used for moving along the horizontal face or at a slight incline the units that can be rolled, i.e. have flat riding surface or straight riding edges. Our enterprise produces powered (or live) and nonpowered (or gravity) roller conveyors. The rollers at live conveyors are powered with chain or belt drive. Conveyors consists of sections with rollers from 42 … 159 mm in diameter and 50 … 400 mm step. Rollers are made of steel pipes placed on rolling bearings with motionless axes. For easy maintenance and passageway one of sections is lift-off. There are also curvilinear sections for changing of the cargo movement direction. There are some special adapter sections with tilting device that can be used for loads redistribution from one roller way to several or for collecting the cargoes to the one way. In order to avoid collision of two loads from the different branches of the conveyor interlocks with mechanical or electric drive are applied. |
